Structural Fabrication: – Fabrication of all structural work ie, sheds, conveyors etc. in good quality of welding under the supervision of experienced Fabricators and Engineers as per the drawing designed by the agencies
Plate Fabrication: – Fabrication of Ducting, Built up girder, Hopper, Bunger, Chute, and Tanks etc. of MS Plates and SS plates as per the drawing under the supervision of qualified Fabricators and Engineers
Equipment Erection:- Specialised in Kiln Erection, Erection of Plant and Machinery of Cement, Sugar, Steel, Aluminium, Sponge Iron and Power Plants i.e., Installation and Commissioning within the time period and satisfaction of our respected clients with our specialised Rigging Foremen & Experienced Engineers.
Structural Erection:- Erection of Structural at all heights & depth i.e., Coal Yard, Gypsum Yard, Lime Stone etc. Stair Case and shed above of Silo etc., and sheds at height which is highly risk.
Plate Erection :- Erection of Ducts, Chutes, Cyclones, and Tanks etc. at heights under the supervision of highly experienced Rigging Foremen, & Engineers with heavy Lifting Cranes and derricks etc.
Pipe Laying:- Pipe laying work by our well experienced piping welders and Engineers as per designed and planned by agency and Site conditions at all Plants in any heights.
Sheet Laying:- Sheet laying Work of any sheds and conveyors etc. of GI and Aluminium sheets with scope of material and without scope of material.
We undertake the insulation of work of hot and cool air pipes, ducts and chutes etc. with scope and without scope of material as per design and site condition
With all safety norms, we do any highly risky scaffolding work as preparatory jobs of all erection, painting and shut down works with well experienced labours and Foremen with respect to all safety terms and conditions of client.
Shut down Jobs:- We undertake shut down jobs of Cement, Sponge iron, Integrated steel, Power plant, Sugar, Fertiliser and chemical Plants within the stipulated time period specialised in kiln Shell and Girth gear replacement, Cooler, Raw Mill, Pre-heater Cyclones etc. with experienced and skilled labours , Foreman and Engineers.
Maintenance:- We regularly supply man power of skilled and unskilled labours for maintenance purpose of all plants either by man power supply basis or by lump sum basis which preferable by our respected Clients.
